Role Description:

The Infrastructure Analyst - Storage will join an already established Platform team within the cystomer, providing a level of technical knowledge to undertake the troubleshooting and resolution to production incidents or problems independently escalating to Senior Engineers if required. Completes tasks to agreed levels of quality, within stated timescales with minimal supervision. Looks for improvement opportunities within the team and its processes/procedures.
