• Completing stock condition surveys on residential properties
• Carrying out DEA assessments where qualified
• Ensuring accurate data collection and timely submission
• Working independently and managing your own schedule

• Experience in Stock Condition Surveys and/or DEA certification
• Ability to start immediately
• Strong attention to detail and good time management
• Own transport and equipment
