Hill McGlynn is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing building services contractor for an experienced Static AC Engineer to join their team on a static site in Victoria, London. Salary & Package
- £42,000 - £45,000 basic (dependent on experience and skill set) - OTE £55,000 - £60,000 with overtime and bonuses - Regular overtime opportunities to boost earnings - Monthly travel card paid for by the business - 29 days paid holiday - Company pension scheme - Full-time, permanent position
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of air conditioning systems on a static commercial site in Victoria, London.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the M&E / air conditioning sector - Strong experience with fault-finding and repair of: - VRF systems - Split systems - Ability to work independently on: - Refrigerant recovery - Pressure testing - Brazed repairs - Compressor changes (VRF and split systems) - Experience working with major manufacturers such as: Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, Panasonic - Ability to produce clear and detailed remedial and repair reports - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team - Previous experience working within commercial environments
