Key Responsibilities of the role include: Ensure the highest possible standard of care for patients and supporting relatives during their care. Participating in the assessment and provision of care needs for patients. Ensuring all care is documented correctly electronically, in line with mandatory and legal requirements. Acting as part of the team alongside Health Care Assistants and the medical team to deliver appropriate care. Undertake any additional duties considered to fall within the position of a Staff nurse as directed by the Ward Sister/Operational Lead. Essential requirements of the role include: Registered Nurse with up-to-date registration and revalidation. Educated or working towards a degree or evidence of relevant experience.
