Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a SR-163 site manager on a 12 month contract based in Isle of Skye. Role Summary Construction Interface Manager (Site Based) The Construction Interface Manager will be based on site and has a role of oversight of the construction partners, and during the Mechanical and Electrical installation phase includes the supervision of field installation superintendents, field engineering, contract administration, cost, and schedule (Project Controls), field procurement, finance and accounting services, and testing and commissioning. Responsible for maintenance of relevant plans and documentation. Accountabilities The CIM is accountable to the Construction Manager, Project Manager and Regional Construction Leader for performance, and to the Construction Manager and Project Manager for execution of assigned responsibilities within defined cost, scope, schedule, and contractual / regulatory requirements.
