Daily Responsibilities

Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with diverse SEN needs.
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and social development.
Helping create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff and parents.
Supporting with personal care when required.
Preparing learning materials and adapting resources to meet individual needs.
