KS3/4 French & Spanish Specialist - Bury
April 2026, potential for extension into September 2026
Prospero Teaching is looking for a French/Spanish teacher for one of our long-standing secondary schools in Bury. You will be responsible for teaching Spanish to all years and French, mainly to KS3 groups. This timetable would be suitable for an ECT looking for support with their Induction terms, or a more experienced colleague looking for a two term supply booking.
The school is a mainstream Secondary School with a supportive cover team and teaching staff. The school is going from strength to strength and providing CPD throughout the year.
Behaviour on the whole is excellent and any isolated issues are dealt with by a positive, pro-active "on call" team with a wealth of experience in pastoral matters.
The position is open to NQT's/ECT's and more experienced colleagues. You will be paid to scale from day one of this assignment and we are available to discuss this role with teaching professionals as soon as possible.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Spanish/French Graduate, with a 2:2 or higher UK Qualified Teacher Status is essential for this role Previous experience working in a UK school Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
