Are you passionate about making people feel their best? We’re looking for a talented and professional Beauty & Wellness Therapist to join our vibrant team, delivering exceptional treatments in a luxurious, friendly environment.
\* About the Role:
As one of our Therapists, you’ll provide a wide range of treatments including deep tissue massage, eyelash extensions, nails, and more. You’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests—combining technical skill with warm, welcoming service.
\* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality beauty and wellness treatments, including: * Massages (inc deep tissue) * Waxing * Nail treatments * Ensure clients feel relaxed, cared for, and completely satisfied * Understand client needs through consultation and tailor treatments accordingly * Upsell relevant treatments and products where appropriate * Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting treatment space * Support front-of-house operations as needed
\* What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified therapist with proven experience in spa or salon settings * Skilled in a range of services: massage, lashes, nails, and more * A genuine love for hospitality and guest care * Strong communication and upselling abilities * (Bonus) Previous experience in hospitality or high-end guest services
