An award-winning boutique spa within a luxury hotel in Suffolk is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead its team and drive commercial success. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a dynamic individual with a passion for wellness, strong business acumen, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-end, low-volume environment. Operating with a no rush, no crowd philosophy, the spa offers a tranquil setting with multiple treatment rooms, relaxation areas, an outdoor vitality pool, and thermal facilities. The Role

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the spa, ensuring smooth operations, high service standards, and a consistently outstanding guest journey. Alongside leading and developing the team, you will play a key role in driving revenue through treatments, retail, and membership initiatives. A hands-on approach is essential, with the ability to deliver both holistic and beauty treatments when required. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily spa operations and guest experience Lead, motivate, and develop therapists and front-of-house teams Manage recruitment, rotas, training, and performance Drive revenue through promotions, retail, and membership programmes Manage stock control and budgets in line with financial targets Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and service delivery Build client loyalty and grow the customer base Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively The Candidate

Proven experience in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality management (minimum 5 years preferred) Strong leadership and team development skills Commercially aware with a track record of driving revenue Hands-on therapist with experience in both:

Holistic treatments (massage, facials, body therapies) Beauty services (manicure, pedicure, waxing)

Excellent communication and customer service skills Recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (Level 1 or 2 minimum) Whats on Offer
