This is a dual role combining strategic oversight and operational excellence, with 50% of your time spent delivering treatments, and the other half focused on team leadership, guest service, and running the day-to-day operations. About the Spa The spa offers a serene and luxurious environment with a full range of treatments. It features a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation lounges, and treatment rooms. Its a popular destination for hotel guests, day visitors, and local members. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire and manage the spa team, ensuring a consistently high level of guest care

Perform treatments to a high standard

Ensure smooth daily operations including bookings, scheduling, and guest experience

Monitor retail and treatment targets, costs, and KPIs

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism throughout the spa

Work closely with the General Manager and hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest journey

Manage the spas social media presence

sharing engaging content, promoting offers, and driving visibility

About You A qualified Spa Manager with strong practical skills (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa environment

Warm, approachable, and confident with a guest-focused mindset

Passionate about wellness and beauty, with strong product knowledge

A proactive and organised leader, capable of motivating a team and achieving targets If youre a confident and compassionate leader who thrives in a calm, luxurious environment
