to help lead our talented kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The Role As Sous Chef, youll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef to deliver outstanding food across our diverse outlets. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Head Chef in menu development and food innovation Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team Ensuring consistently high standards of food quality and presentation Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and compliance standards Managing stock, ordering and waste control Stepping into leadership during Head Chef absence About You

Youll be a confident and motivated chef who: Has proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up Brings strong leadership and people-management skills Is passionate about fresh, seasonal, high-quality food Thrives under pressure while maintaining high standards Has excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practice Our Fantastic Benefits Package
