We have an exciting new vacancy for a Sous Chef to join our team at The Britannia Hotel Edinburgh. This 223-room hotel is ideally located in the West End. Assisting in menu planning for our restaurant and event facilities. Encouraging and developing your team members. Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment. Managing food deliveries and stock control. Demonstrating creativity and innovation in your work. The successful candidate will have a passion for quality food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a proven track record in a similar role, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in both food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
