We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury events and catering company based in South London for an experienced Sous Chef . Our client delivers high-end private, corporate, and bespoke events across London and the UK, with a strong reputation for exceptional food and premium service. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef with a background in luxury events, fine dining, or high-end catering , looking to join a creative and professional kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
Leading the brigade during preparation and live events
Assisting with menu development for high-end events
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Candidate Requirements: Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef
Background in luxury events, fine dining, or premium catering
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Passion for quality ingredients and modern cooking
Right to work in the UK
Package: Competitive salary, dependent on experience
