This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in London. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes. The role involves supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. The Sous Chef will also collaborate in menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant, preferably Thai or SE Asian Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations Leadership skills to manage kitchen staff and ensure a smooth operation Excellent time management and organisational skills Creativity and ability to contribute to menu planning and dish presentation Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail to ensure high food quality standards Relevant culinary degree or certification is preferred
