Blue Arrow Swansea are recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for their client in Tenby.
Our client is an award winning two rosette establishment with a fantastic reputation, situated a stones throw away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Gower.
Contract: Permanent Rate Of Pay: 41000 per year Hours of Work: 45-52 hours a week 5 out of 7 days Start Date: Immediate Accommodation: Available for 3 months if relocating

Key Responsibilities As a sous chef you will play a vital role in the day to day running of the kitchen, supporting the head chef in managing all kitchen operations in a smooth and timely manner. Working closely with the head chef you will need to lead by example, ensuring the highest levels of consistency, while supporting and mentoring the team. * Assist in creating seasonal menus for both the restaurant and events * Maintain rosette level consistency across all sections * Uphold the highest level of food safety and hygiene * Stock and Cost control management * Engage with suppliers * Take full charge of the kitchen in the head chefs absence * Supervise and train all staff
