We're recruiting a Sous Chef to join a prestigious private members' club within a high-profile London venue, working directly alongside a highly regarded Head Chef.

The offer
£45,000 salary (flexible for the right person).
40 hours per week.
Paid overtime or time off in lieu (your choice.
5 out of 7 working patterns.

The Role
This is a true Sous Chef position with responsibility and autonomy.
Act as Number 2, supporting the Head Chef across all areas.
Run the kitchen confidently in the Head Chef's absence.
Lead, develop and motivate the team.
Drive food quality, consistency and standards.
Support menu development and evolution of the concept.
Take ownership of service and kitchen performance.
About You
Proven Sous Chef within a quality-driven kitchen.
Strong background in fresh, seasonal food.
Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
