The kitchen is modern and excellently equipped and the Head Chef, who you will work with closely, leads his team in a calm and collected manner.
They are looking for someone with a passion for their craft who can assist the Head Chef to ensure the high standards are maintained throughout.
As Sous Chef, you will:
Assist the Head Chef in managing and leading a professional brigade
Be able to lead by example to ensure consistency is filtered throughout the team
Have a firm but fair management approach
Be a talented and professional Sous Chef to ensure the high expectations are met
Be responsible for assisting in overseeing all aspects of this busy kitchen operation ensuring ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
Possess solid man management and kitchen management skills
