Sous Chef , you will support both the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef in all matters of the kitchen and team. You will promote teamwork amongst all departments of the kitchen as well as departments within the hotel and lead and inspire colleagues to reach their full potential through thorough training, follow up and setting the standards of excellence by practicing the same at all times. Key Requirements The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes: Experience in as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef within a fine dining restaurant and/or hotel preferred but not essential Proven track record of running a service Catering School qualifications preferred Food Hygiene Level 3 preferred although not essential for commencement as will be certified with the Company Exhibit excellent technical and natural cooking abilities Excellent command of the English language We believe in recognising and valuing the contributions of our team members.
