  • Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, delivering exceptional food and service.
  • Step confidently into the lead role when required, upholding the highest standards.
  • Take ownership of kitchen administration, including stock control, ordering, allergens, and compliance.
  • Oversee both fine dining and staff dining, ensuring excellence under pressure.
  • Work hand-in-hand with both front and back-of-house teams to guarantee a seamless dining experience.
  • Broaden your skills by cross-training across multiple kitchen sections.
