One evening service per week (Thursday night)

Deliver consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service

Train, mentor, and support individuals who are developing professional kitchen skills

Lead by example, fostering discipline, teamwork, and pride in the workplace

Maintain strict standards of food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance

Adapt to a highly regulated working environment while ensuring smooth service

About You Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous, ideally in a quality-driven kitchen

A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others

Calm, patient, and resilient, with the ability to lead in challenging circumstances

Strong organisational and communication skills

High personal standards and a commitment to professionalism and consistency
