We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining culinary standards, and contributing to menu development. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation. - Oversee and participate in the cooking and presentation of dishes. - Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. - Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence. - Collaborate with the culinary team in developing and updating menu offerings. - Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of kitchen supplies. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
