We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join a high-end staff dining operation near St James's Park. You will be working in a small, professional kitchen team alongside a Head Chef and CDP, in a calm, well-organised environment with a strong focus on food quality, consistency, and chef wellbeing.

About the role

Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Producing fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation Contributing to menu development and daily service Working closely with and supporting the CDP
