Youll work directly with a hands-on Head Chef, giving you real input into menus and the direction of the kitchenperfect for a Sous Chef who wants to grow, innovate, and make an impact.
What Youll Be Doing
Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Helping design and develop la carte menus and daily specials
Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
Leading and motivating a small, close-knit team of 4 chefs
Delivering consistently under busy service conditions
What Were Looking For
Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Passion for fresh, high-quality food and presentation
A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced kitchen
Creativity and enthusiasm for menu development
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A genuine desire to progress and grow within the business
