true Number 2 position , with real influence over the food, team and direction of a quality-led kitchen. The offer £45,000 salary (flexible for the right person). 40 hours per week. The Role This is a true Sous Chef position with responsibility and autonomy. Act as Number 2, supporting the Head Chef across all areas. Run the kitchen confidently in the Head Chef's absence. Lead, develop and motivate the team. Drive food quality, consistency and standards. Support menu development and evolution of the concept. Take ownership of service and kitchen performance.
