true Number 2 position , with real influence over the food, team and direction of a quality-led kitchen. The offer £45,000 salary (flexible for the right person). 40 hours per week. Paid overtime or time off in lieu (your choice. 5 out of 7 working patterns. Positive, professional working environment. Genuine progression and development opportunity. The Food & Kitchen Seasonal British cuisine with Scandinavian influence. Light-touch, produce-led cooking. Strong focus on fish and plant-forward dishes. Refined members' club classics. Breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Premium hospitality up to 400 covers. Semi open kitchen with a visible, professional pass. The Role This is a true Sous Chef position with responsibility and autonomy. Act as Number 2, supporting the Head Chef across all areas. Run the kitchen confidently in the Head Chef's absence. Lead, develop and motivate the team. Drive food quality, consistency and standards. Support menu development and evolution of the concept. Take ownership of service and kitchen performance. About You Proven Sous Chef within a quality-driven kitchen. Strong background in fresh, seasonal food. Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles. Why This Role?
