As a Sous Chef your responsibilities will include: Preparing daily dishes to a high standard. Contributing your creative ideas to recipe development. Guiding and training junior chefs and kitchen assistants. Monitoring ingredient quality and managing stock levels. Ensuring the kitchen adheres to strict cleanliness and food safety rules. Coordinating effectively with other kitchen sections. Occasionally engaging with guests to gather feedback. Assisting with staff scheduling and record-keeping. Working to a 2 AA Rosette standard.
