I currently have a Sous Chef position available in the Highlands for a suitable candidate open to relocating to a beautiful part of Scotland.

This small boutique luxury 5 star property operates with very high service levels and we are looking for a Sous Chef who can deliver with the Head Chef on the excellent Fine Dining food operation.

The Sous is mainly xbpsjku focused on Dinner service with a strong focu
