Delivering high-quality food for large-scale events and functions
Leading, training and motivating the kitchen team
Maintaining excellent food standards, consistency, and presentation
Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met
What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
