Sous Chef Monday to Friday £40k per annum 40-hour contract Corporate Catering One of London's leading corporate sites is looking for an organised and experienced Sous Chef. This Sous Chef role is to create stunning employee dining dishes for a high profile clientele. You will help oversee daily food preparation, ensuring each dish is made with the finest ingredients and presented with consistency and excellence for around 150 customers per day for lunch. Service is varied and includes buffet-style service, bistro-style plated meals, themed food days, and a large salad bar. Each day can have a slightly different service setup, so flexibility is important. This Sous Chef position is working Monday to Friday on a 40-hour contract.
