The role As a senior sous chef you will manage a team in the kitchen with the head chef, you will support the head chef to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is also a hands on role and will include cooking. This role includes all the standard senior sous chef duties.

backgroundf , good knife skills and able to cook a range of dishes.
