Sous chef required in the East Sussex area, this is a live in role & only 10 min drive from the coast . Sous chef, £43k + tips , fresh food Hotel and Restaurant. The standards within this hotel are good with a fresh food menu and good standards, of a rosette level. Sous chef, live in available. Due to the location, transport is needed. The company who owns this hotel is astable company to work for and very established.

The role
As a sous chef you will be able to support the head chef, you will ensure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly, this is a hands on role. As a sous chef, this role will include all the standard sous chef duties

Experience
We are looking for a sous chef with great knife skills, hygiene skills and presentation skills as a sous chef level or a junior sous chef who is ready to step up to sous chef level.
