We are seeking a talented

Sous Chef

to join the team at a prestigious

4-star hotel in the beautiful New Forest . This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef who thrives in a fresh food environment and wants to progress their career in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients Supervise and support junior kitchen staff Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety Contribute to menu development and innovation

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up Passion for fresh food and creative cooking Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
