We are seeking an

experienced and passionate Sous Chef to lead our talented kitchen brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven culinary professional to make their mark in a thriving, high-volume environment where quality and consistency are key. You will be responsible for

overseeing all kitchen operations , ensuring the delivery of exceptional dishes while maintaining impeccable standards of food safety, team management, and cost control. Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a

large kitchen team

to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.

Create and manage

seasonal menus

using the best local and high-end produce.

Oversee

ordering, stock control, and GP management

to achieve financial targets.

Maintain

excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards

at all times.

Work closely with senior management to develop the business and enhance the guest experience.

Drive

consistency, efficiency, and innovation

within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Recruit, train, and retain talented chefs, fostering a positive and professional culture.

About You

Proven experience as a

Sous Chef

in a high-volume, high-end fresh food environment.

Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.

Passionate about

seasonal, locally sourced produce

and delivering exceptional quality.

Calm under pressure with excellent communication and delegation abilities.

Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, GP, and cost control.

Flexible, hands-on, and committed to maintaining high standards across all aspects of the kitchen.
