temp-to-perm basis

The Role
Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Working across a mix of
la carte service, functions, and events
Helping maintain consistency, standards, and smooth service
Being a key part of a
small, tight-knit brigade
What Theyre Looking For
Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous/Senior CDP ready to step up
Experience in
volume service and/or events/banqueting
preferred
A team player with a positive attitude and good communication
Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy to get stuck in
Flexibility to work
occasional evenings and weekends
Pay & Details
Hourly rate dependent on experience
Temp-to-perm opportunity (12 weeks)
Weekly hours to be discussed at interview
