As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will help maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation, while leading and motivating the kitchen team during preparation and service. This is a hands-on-role with scope to contribute to menu development using fresh, seasonal produce.
Qualified Sous Chef with proven experience in a busy kitchen
· Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced food
· Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Record, monitor and minimise food wastage
· Train and develop kitchen team members
· Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
