Guests come for relaxed meals, roasts, pizzas and consistent pub favourites. You work in a team that values quality ingredients and teamwork in the kitchen.
About the role
You support the Head Chef and Senior Sous
You run sections during service
You maintain high food and hygiene standards
You help train junior team members
You assist with prep, ordering and stock control
The offer
Salary £30,000
Tronc £5,000 to £6,000
Strong training and development
Progression to Senior Sous
Your background
Experience as a Sous or strong Chef de Partie ready to move up
Fresh food background
Confident during busy services
Reliable and organised
