We are looking for a Sous Chef and for an immediate start in our Central London restaurant.
The restaurant group includes 4 successful restaurants with a new opening in the pipeline.
We have been awarded the Bib Gourmand for several consecutive years, and we offer fresh, hand-made pasta made daily.
The ideal Sous Chef doesnt need to have pasta making experience and what is essential is the drive, willingness to learn and passion for cooking.
The basic annual salary for the Sous Chef is between £42,000 and £45,000 per year and depending on experience.
The ideal Sous Chef will be working in an open kitchen, a team comprising 14/15 Chefs and the hours of work are 48 per week and over 5 days.
