Sous-Chef position available for busy French restaurant in Maidstone, Kent. Must be versed in classical cooking techniques for sauces, jus, reductions, sous-vide etc.

Position is permanent and would report to the head chef. Would be expected to deputise for the head chef and lead the brigade of CDP's, Demi's & Commis etc.

In addition to the base salary there is generous discretionary service charge element to supplement the take-home pay. TPBN1_UKCT
