The Role

A Solutions Engineer is our customers’ technical partner at Gigs. You will help customers plan, coordinate and successfully launch integrations using the Gigs API. The role blends technical, strategic, and operational work, ranging from partnering with Product on feature blocking a strategic onboarding to scoping, coordinating, and driving an API implementation across multiple geographies for a world’s largest fintech.

What you’ll do

• Deliver customer implementations. Act as an owner, treating each API integration as a unique proposition, carefully scoping and delivering the perfect implementation for a specific customer’s use case.
• Key technical contact. Work with customers’ engineering and product teams while integrating and developing with Gigs, advising on the best implementation path.
• User flow advisor. Be the subject‑matter expert on the UX/UI and specific endpoints needed to build a best‑in‑class user experience.
• Project management. Own a portfolio of complex, critical implementations and projects, shaping roadmaps, defining milestones, and tracking progress to ensure successful execution.
• Cross‑functional coordination. Ensure alignment across Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, driving them toward a shared vision.
• Product Management. Spot opportunities for new features that unlock use cases and work with product and engineering to realize them.
• Commercial strategy. Understand commercial fundamentals of each implementation and help customers achieve high‑conversion user flows.

What we are looking for

• Implementation powerhouse. 5+ years in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company, with deep experience in complex API integrations.
• Exceptional project management skills. Juggle multiple high‑priority projects, maintain clarity in chaotic situations.
• Balanced technical, product, and commercial mindset. Strong technical aptitude, deep understanding of APIs and webhooks, and business acumen to onboard into complex industries.
• Master of communication. Excellent written and verbal skills, able to persuade C‑level executives.
• Proactive, creative, and hands‑on. Take initiative, think ahead in fast‑paced environment, comfortable creating processes, playbooks, and assets from scratch.
