Job Description

Translate business strategy into architectural change and technical delivery

Lead cross-organisation capabilities and influence senior stakeholders

Define and own the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmap

Map as-is / to-be / transitional states

Work across all domains: business, data, technology, security

Establish architectural principles, standards and governance

Provide expert advice ensuring sustainability, reuse and value for money

Guide major decisions with high risk, impact and complexity

Coach/mentor others and build the architectural community

Conduct horizon scanning and identify emerging trends

Collaborate across the organisation and unblock major issues

Skills Needed:

Senior-level architecture leadership

Ability to communicate complex architecture to technical & non-technical audiences

Commercial understanding — supplier selection & contract models

Strong governance, risk management, and design decision skills

Ability to shape ambiguous, high-complexity problems

Qualifications (Required):

TOGAF or ISEB (Architecture certification)

AND at least one of: ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT
