?? South West / Hybrid We're partnering with a forward-thinking organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join a growing tech team. This role will focus on designing, integrating, and optimising core business systems, driving automation, and introducing AI-led improvements across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver scalable solutions across enterprise systems Build integrations and automation using Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Power Platform) Develop bespoke applications (C#, SQL, Python, JavaScript) Identify and implement AI-driven improvements to business processes Enhance system performance, data quality, and user experience Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams What We're Looking For: Strong experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, M365) Proven track record delivering integrations, automation, and custom solutions Experience working with enterprise applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, practice management systems) Exposure to AI / LLM tools and practical use cases Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts Experience in professional services environments is a bonus Why Apply?
