Work on a broad variety of projects and tech stacks for clients across seven sectors - no project is ever the same
Join other experts within our supportive and collaborative tech community through knowledge-sharing and peer-level support, coaching and mentoring
Deepen your expertise through oura culture of learning and growth youll have budget to take courses (technical and non-technical training), plus gain certifications
Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Youll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects
Live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams
Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.
Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and propose the best possible solutions.
Design and implement integration strategies that allow disparate systems to work together seamlessly, ensuring data consistency, system reliability, and scalability.
Oversee and guide the development teams during the implementation of designed solutions, ensuring adherence to the architecture and best practices.
Ensure that all solutions comply with internal security standards and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), including data privacy, security, and disaster recovery considerations.
#3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or as a Software Engineer, with a strong background in software design and system integration.
~ Demonstrated expertise in architecting cloud-based or hybrid systems.
~ Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps environments.
