Role: Residential Real Estate Solicitor

Location: Central London

Tenure: Full-Time | Hybrid

Proper Recruitment are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity on behalf of a ranked Legal 500 law firm who are looking for a Residential Real Estate Solicitor to join their successful Residential Property team in London.

Responsibilities:

• Taking on matters within the property department, with cases and transactions including (but not limited to) freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-financing and transfers of equity.
• Managing own case load and building your own work and contacts with potential referrers.
• Obtaining regular positive feedback from clients, colleagues and referrers.
• Taking on responsibility within a close-knit team and helping to teach trainees and paralegals.
• Dealing directly with clients to take instructions and deliver on client expectations.
• Working closely with partners and solicitors to develop client relationship skills.
• Identifying and following relevant SRA principles and rules of professional conduct.

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.
• • Adept client care skills and ability to manage own caseload.
• • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• • Must be experienced at multi-tasking, managing time sensitive matters and taking responsibility for delegated tasks.
• • Must thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Must have obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree.
• NQ - 4 Years PQE within residential property conveyancing.

Salary:

Competitive - £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
