Solicitor/ Legal Executive -Personal Injury (3+ PQE) Claimant | Fully Remote | £62,000 D.O.E Solicitor or CILEx I’m working with a growing claimant Personal Injury team that is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ PQE) on a fully remote basis. This is a strong opportunity for a confident PI fee earner who enjoys running their own caseload, delivering excellent client care, and contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team. The Role You will manage an existing mixed claimant Personal Injury caseload from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring files are progressed efficiently and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial client consultations and triaging new enquiries Advising clients on all aspects of their Personal Injury claims Managing and progressing a varied caseload end-to-end Negotiating settlements in line with client objectives Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service Reviewing and managing WIP, funding arrangements and budgets Maintaining organised, compliant and up-to-date files Ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and operational standards Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team objectives

A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE in claimant Personal Injury Someone confident running a mixed PI caseload independently Strong negotiation and settlement experience Good commercial awareness and understanding of WIP and targets Excellent client care and communication skills A proactive, organised and self‑motivated individual comfortable working remotely
