Solicitor – Conveyancing*: · *To take on and manage a busy case load with minimal supervision. we are looking for a CILEX or Solicitor qualified conveyancing fee earner.* · Communicating with clients, agents, brokers and third parties by telephone, email and letter · Submitting searches, receiving and reviewing mortgage offers, reviewing the title documents and protocol documentation and raising additional enquiries, reporting to clients on all the above · Dealing with all types of residential matters from sales, purchases and remortgages to transfers of equity, private charges, severance of joint tenancies, registration of possessory titles and more *Answering the telephone to clients, agents or any third parties in a polite manner. · Having a good working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and office procedures generally · Has at least 2 years’ experience handling and running a conveyancing case load · Medium/long term commitment to the firm. · Good computer skills and excellent attention to detail are required as well as excellent written English skills · Office: * · All our staff are expected to assist with the maintenance of running a small but busy office. *Company pension · Employee discount We offer a personal clothing allowance for each employee on completion of probation · Length of service pension increase Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time previous conveyancing:
