Accounting Systems Trainer

We're delighted to be supporting a global SaaS giant with their search for a Finance Systems Trainer. This role offers the perfect blend of accounting, customer engagement, and technology.


You’ll play a key role in the process becoming an expert in the system, delivering engaging training sessions, and ensuring customer get the most out of the software.


Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of post-implementation sessions, assisting customers with standard accounting processes
  • Lead engaging training sessions, drop-in workshops, and refresher courses for users
  • Respond to ad-hoc customer requests, tailoring sessions to their needs
  • Create and improve training materials
  • Act as a main point of contact for finance process questions within the system
  • Continuously develop knowledge surrounding finance software and ERP solutions


Skills & Experience

  • Strong accounting knowledge (month-end, VAT returns, year-end processes)
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing or training role
  • Experience working with finance software or ERP systems
  • Confidence delivering training, presentations, or workshops
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with MS office applications
