The Role
We are seeking a talented Member of Technical Staff specializing in Agent development to join our brand new dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a crucial role in advancing the frontier of autonomous agent systems. We will be working on moonshot agent related agent projects changing the future of work.
Our mission will be to build sophisticated agents capable of navigating complex software environments, orchestrating multi-agent workflows, and making intelligent decisions to solve real-world problems autonomously.
Responsibilities
Research and develop autonomous browsing agents that can intelligently navigate and interact with complex software applications
Design and implement multi-agent orchestration systems that coordinate multiple specialized agents to accomplish complex workflows
Build advanced agent planning and decision-making capabilities, enabling agents to reason about tasks, decompose problems, and execute strategies effectively
Conduct cutting-edge research and development in agentic systems, exploring novel approaches to agent architecture, coordination, and capability enhancement
Utilize advanced techniques including prompt engineering, tool-use, multi-modal processing, and reinforcement learning approaches
Contribute to scalable system architecture that supports complex agent interactions and real-time decision making
Create challenging benchmarks and evaluation tasks that push the boundaries of autonomous agent capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agent systems into broader product ecosystems
Requirements
Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building web applications or automation systems
Experience with browser automation, API integration, or workflow orchestration tools
Proficiency in Python
Some exposure to ML/AI concepts is beneficial but not required
Interest in building complex, autonomous software systems
Demonstrated ability to work on ambiguous problems and learn new technologies quickly
