As a Software Engineering Manager, you'll shape and scale a high-throughput microservices ecosystem that powers backend transaction processing and frontend content delivery. Your leadership will ensure seamless integration across platforms and elevate the quality of our full-stack solutions.

Ensure alignment with backend systems, database design, and cross-platform integration to deliver reliable, cohesive solutions.
Drive technical design and architecture decisions that meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
Mentor and coach engineers of varying experience levels with structured feedback, goal setting, and career development.
Foster engineering best practices, system observability, and quality-focused delivery.
Lead a high-performing full-stack engineering team and support hiring efforts, and cultivate a diverse and inclusive team culture.
At least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams, promoting high performance, and supporting individual growth.

Solid experience with frontend technologies like React.js and TypeScript.
Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and distributed systems.

Proficiency with AI-assisted testing, code reviews, and documentation generation.
