We are seeking a passionate Software Engineering Manager to provide technical expertise, oversee system development, and ensure operational excellence for M&S financial systems. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to build resilient, scalable, and efficient systems, driving projects from conception through deployment.
Establish quality standards, drive observability, maintain SLOs, and ensure prompt incident resolution.
Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
Has hands-on experience as a polyglot software engineer and team leader.
Extensive background in scalable web/backend solutions and system design.
Strong understanding of cloud, architecture, and software engineering methodologies.
React (Next.js / Typescript), GraphQL Federation, Java, Kotlin, Micronaut, Azure Cloud, GitHub, New Relic, Dynatrace.
