Delivering engaging lessons as a Sociology Teacher Teaching small groups of SEMH and PRU students Planning discussion-based lessons around real-world topics Encouraging critical thinking, debate, and student voice Acting as a consistent and positive Sociology Teacher role model Managing behaviour in a calm and structured way
Ideal Candidate - Sociology Teacher
Experience working as a Sociology Teacher Strong subject knowledge and ability to relate content to real-life situations Experience working with SEMH, PRU, or challenging behaviour (desirable) Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for supporting young people in West Drayton
