What you will do: Conduct assessments
and recommend major adaptations to improve clients' independence and quality of life.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
to deliver comprehensive care plans.
Manage a diverse caseload , ensuring all work complies with relevant legislation and guidelines.
Facilitate effective communication
between service users, their families, and other professionals.
Provide expert guidance and support
on major adaptations to local authorities and stakeholders.
Requirements: Experience in
Major Adaptations .
Recent
local authority experience
is essential.
Must be
HCPC registered .
Valid driving licence
required for travel within the local area.
